Something isn’t sitting right - a relationship, a feeling, a pattern you can’t quite shift. Or maybe you’re just tired of figuring it out alone.

Whatever it is, it matters.

I’m a psychotherapist offering open-ended, depth-oriented relational psychotherapy for people who want more than symptom relief — they want clarity, connection, and a deeper relationship with themselves.

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

― C.G. Jung

A collaborative, grounded approach

I work from a blend of psychodynamic and humanistic psychotherapy, which means we’ll explore not only what’s happening now - but how your past and unconscious patterns may still be shaping your present.

We start with three exploratory sessions. These are a chance to slow down, get clear on what’s going on, and see how we might work together. From there, therapy is guided by your pace, your needs, and your goals.

  • In-person sessions in Devon
